Pete's Hot Dog Shop in Bethlehem is a neighborhood place that everybody relies on for great hot dogs. The favorite topping combo is chili/mustard/onions but there's also sauerkraut ketchup and the rest of the usual suspects. Another specialty is the stewed burger which gets its flavor from being cooked for hours with onions. Look for cheesesteaks French fries pierogies and another of Pete's specialties the sour cream and chive logs. For that Pete takes a potato wedge dips it in a sour cream and chives batter and fries it. There's seating for 40. Oh and Pete's does breakfast too.
