This delicious Easton eatery is often overshadowed by its flashier neighbor Phenom but it shouldn't be. Touch of Thai serves authentic dishes in a laid-back environment that almost feels like a friend's kitchen (if that friend were into watching women swathed in bright bejeweled fabric dance on television.) Bring your own wine and try the pad thai. A predictable choice yes. But it's delicious.
