Hot dogs paired with onions mustard and special sauce on a Malone's roll are the big draw at Traub's Doggies a cozy eatery in downtown Emmaus. A couple small tables allow patrons to eat in but most get the dogs along with home-cooked soups barbecue sandwiches and salads to go. Also popular is Traub's freshly dipped ice cream in standard vanilla strawberry and chocolate as well as more exotic seasonal flavors ranging from pumpkin to peppermint.
